Glamping - House Rules

The purpose of these rules is to ensure a peaceful and pleasant stay for all our guests, avoiding any misunderstandings.

Check-in and Check-out:

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: by 10:00 AM
• Early arrival or late departure is only possible with prior agreement.
   

Accommodation Rules:

• Guests must respect the tranquility of the accommodation and the natural surroundings.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Playing music in the courtyard is NOT allowed.
• Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
   

Pets:

• Pets are not allowed at Várlak Glamping. Please consider this before booking. Thank you for your understanding!
   

Usage of facilities and equipment

• Please use the equipment and items provided properly.
• Guests are responsible for maintaining the accommodation and will cover any damages.
   

Fire and Safety:

• Open flames (e.g., candles, torches) inside the wagons are strictly prohibited.
• Fires are only allowed in designated areas, following safety rules.
• Ash must be collected in the designated metal container.
• Ensure that fires are completely extinguished before leaving the area!
• Burning prohibited materials (e.g., plastic, rubber) and using oil, petrol, or gasoline is strictly forbidden!
   

Parking:

• Please use the designated parking spaces!
• We do not assume responsibility for any damages or valuables left in the vehicle.
   

Furniture Usage:

• Please use the furniture properly!
• Moving furniture outside is prohibited.
   

Cleanliness and Hygiene:

• Please keep the accommodation and courtyard clean and use items properly.
• Shoes are not allowed inside the wagons!
   

Waste Management:

• Household waste should be disposed of in designated selective collection points.
   

Garden and Environment:

• Please protect plants and keep the courtyard clean!
• Any damages caused by guests must be resolved on-site.
• Playing music in the courtyard is not allowed.

• Snowmobile Tours "Ivofreerider": Join us for an unforgettable snowmobile adventure in the Harghita Mountains!
• Homorod Bob: A thrilling bobsleigh track at Lobogó Resort in Homoród Băi.
• Lobogó Ski Slope: Ski or rent sleds at our rental center.
• Airsoft: Engage in premium airsoft games with realistic scenarios.
• Bowling: A fun and exciting sport available year-round – reservation required: 0742 114 391.
• Scenic Flights: Discover the beauty of Transylvania from above with a small aircraft designed for exploration.
   

Other Accommodations:

• 6 separate houses, each with its own private yard – in Sub Cetate.
• Each house ensures privacy and tranquility.
• Identical in design, facilities, and size, each house accommodates up to 6 people.
   

Chalets - Booking and cancellation policy

• Reservations can be made online, by phone, or via email.
• A confirmation will be sent to you by email.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
• The total amount for your stay must be paid in full, even if your visit is shortened.
• Payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, vacation card or cash.

Details necessary for reservation:

• For individuals: name, identity card number, address.
• For companies: company name, tax code, address.

The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or online, with the remaining balance due upon arrival either in cash or by card.

Glamping - Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Várlak Key Houses offer special discounts for loyal guests. If you are a returning guest, you can benefit from discounts. Below are the pricing details and discount conditions.

Loyalty Discount:

• Second visit: 5% discount on the accommodation price
• Third or more visits: 10% discount on the accommodation price
• Discounts cannot be combined – the highest discount always applies.

Price: 300 RON / 2 people / 1 night
 

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

• Reservations can be made online, by phone, or via email.
• Booking confirmation will be sent by email.
• Reservations are finalized with a 50% advance payment.
• The advance payment is non-refundable.
• The total amount of the stay must be paid even if the vacation is interrupted.
